Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VentureCrafters Summit website ("Site"), registering for or attending our events, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms of Use on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

2. Use of the Website

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use our Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate VentureCrafters Summit, a VentureCrafters Summit employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site

2.2 Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by VentureCrafters Summit, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Latvian, European Union, and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features

3. Event Registration and Attendance

3.1 Registration

When you register for our events, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration information and for all activities that occur under your registration.

Registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than the posted deadline once capacity is reached. VentureCrafters Summit reserves the right to refuse registration or deny access to any individual or organization for any reason.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment for event registration must be made at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Payment can be made via the accepted payment methods indicated during the registration process.

For corporate clients requesting invoice payment, full payment must be received within 14 days of invoice issuance or prior to the event date, whichever is earlier.

3.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy for event registrations is as follows:

• 30+ days before event: Full refund minus €50 administrative fee
• 15-29 days before event: 50% refund of registration fee
• 14 or fewer days before event: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registration@rigainsightanalytics.com.

Registrations are transferable to another individual from the same organization at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to registration@rigainsightanalytics.com at least 48 hours prior to the event.

3.4 Event Changes or Cancellations

VentureCrafters Summit reserves the right to change the event program, speakers, venue, or date, or to cancel an event for any reason. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or transfer to an alternative event.

VentureCrafters Summit is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, or cancellation of an event.

3.5 Code of Conduct

All event participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants, speakers, and staff. VentureCrafters Summit reserves the right to remove any participant from an event for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

4. Content and Materials

4.1 Event Materials

All materials provided during our events, including presentations, handouts, worksheets, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of VentureCrafters Summit or the respective presenters and are protected by copyright laws.

Event participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Photography and Recording

VentureCrafters Summit may photograph or record video/audio at our events for promotional or educational purposes. By attending our events, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and you grant VentureCrafters Summit the right to use your likeness, image, voice, and statements in such materials.

Participants may not record audio or video, or take photographs during events for commercial purposes without prior written permission from VentureCrafters Summit.

4.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, post, or share any content on our website or during our events (such as comments, feedback, or questions), you grant VentureCrafters Summit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the content you provide, and that such content does not violate these Terms of Use or any applicable laws.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Site or services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VentureCrafters Summit and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our Site or attending our events during the 12 months prior to such claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VentureCrafters Summit, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site or services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the Site or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Latvia. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

10. Waiver

No waiver by VentureCrafters Summit of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of VentureCrafters Summit to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and VentureCrafters Summit regarding the Site and our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site and our services.
